It is so hard to believe that today my son, my little boy is turning 23 yrs old, wow! where did all those years go to.
There are just so many memories that I have kept tuck away in my heart, the one I will always remember was that beautiful smile you always had and you still do.
You are a happy child and that is the best way to be, simply knowing how much you are loved by all of us.
Your school years we always busy for you with learning as well as sports. And last December you are now a college graduate, a dream that I always had for all of my children.
In less than six weeks you will begin your new life of moving out of the home that you have alwaysknown and on to Texas for your job. You are leaving the nest (as I would say) and it will be adjustment for all of us. You have the tools for a good paying job, so I know financially you will do well. I ask for our Lord to always look over you for me, to guide you in all that you do. I pray Mike that you will continue to have a walk with our Lord and Savior. Lead a child in the way that they should go and when they are old they will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6) You will have difficult decisions to make as you journey in your life, may you remember to pray before those decisions. Always be willing to forgive another no matter how many times that they make the same mistakes because no one is perfect. Never worship anyone or anything but the Lord Jesus Christ, and don’t let money define you. Always have compassion on another and to see others the way Jesus sees us by never judging others. Always remember when you do leave my nest you take a part of my heart along with you.
