Hide — Ruelha

Oh God, please hide me. Somewhere, anywhere. Let me rest and be. In you bosom and care. The world seems to be. Crumbling all around me. And suddenly everyone, Has forsaken me. I think I know what’s right. But, I don’t have tomorrow planned tight. All of these questions. Seem like interrogations. Everyone who cares. […]

Hide — Ruelha

To say that a lot has changed in a couple of months all around right now, is an understatement. We are experiencing changing routines and laws guiding our nations, each passing time. We are just in an ever-changing life time. I was in the car with a colleague of mine when we were talking about […]

Respect Your Maker

You need to understand: you are God’s child, He is not your creation. He is your Maker, you are not His inventor. In other words, when you approach the Lord, you should do so as a humble learner rather than as one who already knows it all and should tell God what to do.

If you’ve raised a teenager, you understand the dynamic. Once the children enter into their teens, they feel the inherent need to express their autonomy. Naturally, you understand your child’s potential, but you also know the limitations and areas where he or she still does not have sufficient experience to handle the temptations of life. So you do your best to teach your child well.

The same is true for your relationship with God. No matter how old or experience you are, you do not have His all-encompassing, eternal point of view. There is a level of understanding that God has about this life and the life to come that you have no idea about. So with every challenge, obstacle, pain, heartbreak, trial, joy, and success, He is inviting you to trust Him and learn.

Therefore, as you face challenges, don’t act like a headstrong teenager. Rather, have faith that your heavenly Father is leading you wisely in the right direction.

Grace and Peace to You My Friends
