Hey friends, how are you today? How was your week? Really… I would like to know.  Life and its curveballs; life and its crossroads; life and its decisions, there are days when I would like the God of the Universe to make decisions for me. Patiently — patientlyhopeful

The end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit. Ecc. 7:8 NKJV Do we believe this? Do our lives reflect this truth? Is a funeral really better than a wedding? It can be. Look at Billy and Ruth Graham as an example. When both […]

Patiently — patientlyhopeful

Thirst is a God-given sensation to let us know we need a drink. Under normal circumstances, the solution for a thirst problem is really simple. Just take a drink. Spiritual thirst is also God-given. He created us to be satisfied at only one fountain: Jesus himself, the living water. Without Him we are barren and dry. Jesus told the woman at the well that if she drank the water he gave to her, she would never thirst again, He spoke of Himself.

Isaiah 55:1 reveals the way to satisfy a spiritual thirst. Just come to Jesus. Money isn’t needed, the only cost is surrender. Drink of the wine of the Holy Spirit and the milk of the Word, and you will be satisfied. Are you feeling spiritually dry today? Have you been too busy to eat and drink properly to satisfy you soul? My suggestion to you my friends is to seek out the Good Shepherd: Jesus Himself.

Grace and Peace to You My Friends
