Trust Him!

Psalm 56.png

When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?                Psalm 56:3-4

Trust Jesus and don’t be afraid, for he is your strength and song. Imagine what it means to have him as your strength. God spoke the universe into existence; God’s power is absolutely unlimited! Human weakness, consecrated to him, is like a magnet, drawing ever so near to him. Remember fear can block the flow of God’s strength into you. Instead of trying to fight your fears, concentrate on trusting him. When you relate to Jesus in confident trust, there is no limit to how much he can strengthen you. Remember that Jesus is your song. He wants you to share his joy, living in conscious awareness of his presence. Rejoice as your journey together towards heaven, join him in singing his song.

Rejoice and be thankful! As you walk with Jesus through your day, practice trusting and thanking him all along the way. Trust in the channel through which his peace flows into you. Thankfulness lifts you up above your circumstances. Jesus does his greatest works through people with grateful, trusting hearts. Rather than planning and evaluating, practice trusting and thanking him continually.  As you continue to study the scriptures look to the letter to Philippi which is call the book of Philippians 4:4-6 ( New Testament) in which the Apostle Paul tells us the following: Rejoice in the Lord always, I will say it again Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do  not be anxious about anything, but in  every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your request to God.

Grace and Peace to You My Friends
